If you think setting New Year Resolutions is a bit of a cliché, why not flip the script and consider implementing some new habits instead…

To help you get started, here are some self awareness power questions to inspire you set some new health goals and create some ‘atomic habits’

🌟 What is one thing I can do every day to take better care of my body?

🌟 How can I create more energy?

🌟 What do I need to STOP doing?

🌟 What do I need to START doing?

🌟 What big fitness goal will I set for myself over the next 12 months?

🌟 How can I drink more water each day?

🌟 How can I focus my diet on fresh, health foods?

🌟 What does my body need right now?

🌟 What beliefs am I holding on to that prevent me from having the health/fitness/body that I want?

HOW TO STAY ON TRACK:

You are more likely to succeed and reach your goals by making small micro-changes weekly by instead of going all in and trying to change everything right now.

Remember, forming any new habit takes time and a new mindset.

We encourage you to use words like ‘upgrade’ instead of thinking that you need to ‘fix’ yourself.

You’ll probably hit a few dips and bumps along the way or miss a few days here and there, so be prepared for some back sliding. But that doesn’t mean you have failed – you don’t need to throw the towel in!

By stacking tiny habits over a period of time you can achieve outstanding results.

Take weight loss for example, you might want to lose 2 stone this year.

Don’t put all your focus on your 2 stone goal.

Think about losing just 1 pound. Then aim for another. Keep doing that.

Aim to be just 1% better every day. ✌️🧡
